I stayed twice in the property. It was really an excellent experience. The rooms are specially designed for a memorable experience. A cup of tea in the balcony with a view of the snow fed Himalayas, makes the stay special.
Additional charges for room service was not justified. Services need to be improved.
The owner was very cooperative. Over all experience was awesome.
Wonderful rooms and location.
It will be refreshing for you to stay here especially after a tiring hike or trip.
Staff is good, the manager is very cordial and was very in supportive of outdoor excursions as well.
Room service can be better but works when the room location is just so smitting! Please do visit.
Very Bad Experience
We had booked their room for 5 people for 2 nights. The rooms are very good but not much clean, bathrooms are very very bad, worst service ever. They didn’t do room service also when we came back so tired after trekking at night. The room was as it is, they didn’t do room service, Cold Water in Bathroom wont come and we had to use only hot water which was very very hot. The flush and toilet accessories was not at all working. They don’t even give you proper answers when you complain. Food is very costly, taste is good though. When we called their manager, he was out and not answering our calls or texts. Please don’t book this hotel as they don’t provide any good services.
I recently stayed at Mystic Kailasha Hotel and my experience was quite disappointing. The hospitality was worst and unnecessary food items were added to the food bill and when it was brought to their notice, they were unhelpful and dismissive, offering no resolution or explanation. This lack of professionalism and transparency greatly soured my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Looking for a hassle free and pleasant experience.
This hotel’s hsopitality is mediocre. I booked a suite for 6k, with breakfast included. The room was spacious but dirty, the furniture has jot been cleaned fir ages and you can see the sain marks all around the room. Beds are not comfortable.
Food is good but expensive. What makes it a bad experience is the service. Takes ages to bring food, has just 2 items for breakfast, who’s is absurd considering a premium of 6k for the room. The manager is mostly unavailable at the property if you wish to make a complaint. That is the reason you cannot raise any action against the sad hospitality in this hotel.
Don not stay here just because the photos online looks good, they are probably taken when the property was newly built, now it is in a bad shape as no one maintains the cleanliness.
There are better options in ukhimath and Guptkashi, preferably stay ar Regenta in ukhimath or shri Tritham Residency in guptkashi for similar price and better hospitality.
