  1. The Naina Resorts hotel is very good, but the reception staff is not good at all. They don’t listen to what you have to say and are very lazy. The service department is also very slow. You have to repeat yourself multiple times before they listen. The hotel itself is great, but the reception and service staff need improvement.

    Room service is great.
    The balcony view is excellent.
    Hot water is coming 24 hours.
    Location easy to find.
    Great value of time and money.
    Receptionist are nice people.

  3. I booked a two-day stay and was quite disappointed. While the suite rooms were impressive and offered a stunning view, the hospitality was lacking. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and although the room was equipped with amenities like soap, a hair dryer, and a shaving kit, they did not provide shampoo when I requested it. Additionally, the electric kettle had an unpleasant odor, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I found myself having to ask for basic services and cleanliness. The offline room rate was 3500, but I secured a booking through Booking.com for 1500. When I raised concerns about the poor service, the staff responded that since I paid a lower rate, they were not obligated to offer adequate service. This was an unprecedented response from hotel staff and contributed to my overall negative experience. I would only recommend this property for its beautiful views and suite rooms.

Booked 2 deluxe rooms, floors dusty, WiFi not working, toilet door is broken and can’t open, have to use screw driver to open, no towels, no tissue papers, worst behaviour from the front desk lady I guess she’s a manager, because when I said I wanted to talk to the manager regarding all the issues, got to talk to her. Never ever coming back again here, not recommended at all!!!have attached the pictures, can have a look! Power is gone in the middle of nowhere, no water bottles even, no soaps even..not even the basic manners are kept..took so much money for nothing!
    We booked online through booking.com and they cancelled the booking there and taking it offline. Such people! When asked for tissue papers, we got napkins.

    Kindly never get rooms in here for your good.

  5. DO NOT COME HERE! Terrible service; room service which is only available at certain times and they don’t tell you until you ask. The staff was rude, continuously asking when we would leave , Never in my life have I experienced such incorrigible behaviour. Despite taking the suite, it is not well maintained, curtain shutters don’t work and water pressure was extremely feeble. We had to literally inform them to get basic amenities such as towels, soaps etc. This is just pathetic and the whole team needs to be revised. Will tell all my friends and family to stay away.
