Very unhygienic and dirty hotel. Saw big rats in the deluxe room. Curtains and bed sheets were all bitten by rats. Washrooms were dirty. Beds were dirty. No geyser in rooms, hot water was available only for limited time, that too they would provide in buckets. The hotel was haunted which is why even after taking 2rooms four of us had to stay back in one room. In the entire course of 10hrs stay in the hotel we changed 4 rooms. And every room was of the same condition. In such a prime location the hotel still remains un maintained. Staff behaviour was also not that good.. when I complained about rats in the room, the manager simply smiled and said “chuhe to rahenge hi”. There is a lot of hygiene issue. I suffered from fungal infection just a week after I stayed there. Later I got to know it was because of water. I am sure they have never ever cleaned their water reservoir and cleaned the buckets in the room too.
This hotel is huge, 5 storey building.
It has so many rooms, and great view of naini lake.
The property is beautiful.
Parking available, also on mall road,which no other hotel on mall road has.
So,no issues of parking at all.
The balconies are big and you can sit there and enjoy the natural beauty.
Tip:do little bargaining and you will get room at cheap rates.
Only problem with this property is that,its not maintained, may be thats the reason their prices are cheaper amongst all othere hotels there.
Service was very poor…staff was very aggressive and helpless …The room was very very dirty and the quilt was dirty as we could not put it …don’t waste your money 🤑🤑🤑 …not a single star
Hotel is situated at Mall Road near Alka hotel. location is very good. view of Naini lake is very attractive from Hotel balcony. hotel room is very neat and clean but hotel room is size is small and located at a height, so many stairs have to be climbed.
There is no hotel of this name… it’s a fraud.
