Radisson offers exceptional service, but the highlight of my stay was the stargazing. Far from city lights, the night sky was breathtaking. The hotel provided telescopes and expert guides, making it an unforgettable experience. Perfect for anyone seeking luxury and a connection to nature!
Currently Staying here since Sunday afternoon and through the week ending the 19 th . The rooms are well maintained, the housekeeping is good and the restaurant staff is excellent with the food quality outstanding… what is however woefully lacking is the quality of the front office staff . They almost always look lost in response to even basic questions. I have stayed in the best of places the world over including hotels of the Radisson group but the front office so ill equipped isn’t expected. I have still to find the duty manager or any senior staff in the last 3 days of my stay to discuss some basic things I would like them to do and even as simple a question as my food and beverage bill hitherto? Wonder even if this review will elicit a response and someone responsible enough will get in touch with me .

Stayed with family in Novemeber first week at this hotel. The rooms and overall property is very good. We were travelling with our 9 months old son and were provided with a baby cot. Chef Kunal was exceptionally helpful in helping with preparing specifc food dishes for our baby. Front desk staff is helpful as well.
Rating them 4 stars because breakfast buffet has a huge scope of improvement given the high standard of other things at this property. The choices are limited and food items like croissant, donuts, cake slices were not of good quality.
Radisson Blu in Nanital is a beautiful resort newly renovated. Ambience is extremely pleasing
All staff with the front desk clerks to car rental service to restaurant staff everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
Waiters in the restaurant who served us every meal were very friendly and polite and professional any thing we wanted to eat they made sure we get. Never no for any thing all requests were fulfilled.
Our waiters SHYAM DEEN AND NEHA served us and knew exactly what we like and without asking it used to be brought to our table. People in Nanital are so sweet would wish to move to the Payadi part of India.
Our Driver Mohan Singh was highlight of our trip
He kept us entertained and was our personal guide as well. His driving was so good we were not afraid of the narrow roads.
He was very patient with us as well
Parvez khan who is the owner of the Car rental service made sure we got the best driver and car.
Would highly recommend to stay at Radisson blu in Nanital.
Will definitely wish to come back we had a wonderful time in Nanital only because of the friendly and lovely people we came across

Room size is too small service is find of okay type. View is not that great. Only 4 star property of Nanital but not that worth.
