I had booked this property for 2 night through make my trip. Don’t know on what basis they had given above 4 star rating.
The property is outside railway station. So the surroundings are always crowded and very noisy. The entry itself looks like a low budget transit hotel.
They were not able to provide the basic amenities mentioned in the itenary, like dustbin, electric kettle…..
Also , room service and house keeping was very also. Had to keep calling continuously.
For the sake of toiletries they had given just a soap and small shampoo bottle.
There was no space to keep toiletries in the bathroom.
It’s an overpriced low budget old hotel.
Very close to Station ( next to sration only) has a reliance smart point shop, lots of food option around. Hotel has very good vegetarian restaurant.
Great location, the hotel has good infrastructure for being a standard one, but the maintenance is poor. The underground parking is in a poor shape. The food wasn’t bad, but lacks imagination
Namesty Hotel is reasonable and good hotel. Very big spacious room , neat and clean. Restaurant is very spacious, good and with delicious food. Staff is very cooperative esp. Sandip waiter, ready to serve you any odd hours of night. Served tea at 5A.M. in the room when asked. Very near to railway station but quite far from Shri Vishnu pad temple . Needs little more of maintenance
Excellent location and Services..had booked it for my aged parents and they were pretty satisfied with the services and food…Hotel is just beside Gaya Jn…Also my father has mistakenly left his money bag at the hotel and the hotel staff was courteous enough to call and inform him of same…Thanks to the Hotel for meking their journey comfortable and a memorable one…
