Not exactly happy because of some reasons like.
1. The road is totally damaged and the google location is wrong.
2. The staff is really nice.
3. Limited food items available in the hotel and also for a limited time.
4. No Bar or any entertainment medium available.
5. Not justified the tariff as per their infra. Specially entrence is really dangerous.
6. The staff is too short in the hotel.
Not recommended, they spoiled new year eve of all the guests in the hotel. Committed something else and in actual provided something else which is actually below average. Food is not good. Staff members are good and helpful in this hotel but GM and management is very poor. If you want to enjoy and don’t want to spoil your trip with your family and friends please don’t book room in this hotel. There are many other good options within 2 km where you can have comfortable stay.
The views from the balcony are stunning! Loved waking up to the sound of birds and fresh mountain air. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the staff was always ready to assist. A great experience overall.
Positive: very polite and helpful staff. Old property, urgent need for repairs. Wifi doesn’t work most of the time. Sheets and linens are stained, housekeeping is very poor. Not much parking space. Entrance to hotel is weird. Big cars can get stuck. Not worth the price charged.
The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Every member of staff is extremely courteous well mannered and so very helpful. Mr Happy and all other staff.
Just a little far from Mall road but great view.
