They dont provide any soap or towel atleast …the room alloted to me didnt have a toilet seat ..the pillow was stinking …when contacted the receptionist Sai he sprayed room spray on it . They dont even knock the door before entering the room …they directly barge in as if it’s their personal space …rude …nor they know basic manners to talk.They behave as if we will flee without paying the rent .
Not the best stay experience .

One of the worst staying experience 😪. I visited from Bangalore to Guntur for personal reason.
-No value for customer.
-Fedup with the sound from outside.
-Cleaning lady asks money as not given She din,t even bothered 🙄to clean.
-Reception people calling at night to come reception and do formality as already 🙄done.
-I have stayed with my wife but not so family friendly.
-No authority to listen.
-even after paying for AC, Reception person will keep on putting off AC from their end.
Hope it reaches to authority and they take action on irresponsible reception of night duty and cleaning lady of that day.
Worst experience I ever had in my life for booking hotels in guntur because they are not accepting any bookings for online like Oyo, Agoda,gobibiboo,,,,
After payment and booking confirmed we went to hotels, they were simply telling us not accepting online bookings
And telling like we have to pay extra if we really need room in those hotels.
This hotel was second time in same day were we wasted time and money.
Worst service ever. They dont provide even basic toiletries, no hot water and least helpful staff. Not even jug of water and glass or as a matter of fact, anything else. They give only room and nothing else with it.First and last stay in this junk yard hotel. Money waste and time waste. Even village huts are better than these junkies.
Overall good hotel. Very near to railway station. There’s a mam at receiption, she is very friendly and also faithful to her job. She thinks from customer point of view.
