I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite charging rates comparable to a 5-star hotel ,the level of service was far below expectations. The staff was unprofessional and, at times, downright rude, which made for an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. Given the quality of service I received, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please add a zero star rating option for them coz they deserve a big fat zero for everything
The food was Pathetic. We ordered samosa which was old and not even heated properly. I got severe stomachache after consuming that item. Management should look into such things seriously. If you are serving stalled food you are harming life of others .
The place offers a wide variety of tasty dishes for every person. Great value for money!! Do try the fruit rabri for sure – simply awesome!
Food was pathetic , We orderd paneer butter masala tikka and there was champ in it .
Sofa was in bad condition.
Staff was using dirty napkins to clean table .
