We stayed 11 days, and the stay was very pleasant and good.
We want to mention some staff members who were very helpful during our stay
Chef Dinesh Chauhan – very good in behaviour and provided food option without onion and garlic during Navratri
Dining staff – Manas – very hard working
Cleaning staff – Arvind – Good nature.
I had made a booking a month prior , During check inn i was not given room claiming they have some AC issue in the hotel.To which they said they will issue a alternative, but they lied about the alternative hotel which was 15 km away from the property also hotel which they said to give was different then what i got. Had a brief discussion about this with the hotel staff especially there Moderator Mr Anil who was totally incompetent person and not ready to help.Rather then helping he was insisting me to cancel my booking.As well to my surprise they were allotting Rooms to people who were coming to hotel after me. When i asked the reason for same they were all silent and had no reply.(Caught there fraud and lie here)To my understanding they over booked the hotel and gave alternative cheap 3 star category hotel very far from property. While they told me they have booked lemon tree premiere hotel infact they booked red fox hotel. Worst experience with this Property Dont waste your money here. Big liars and Fraud hotel.
Your team of food and beverage is very good all are very professional, I like the food I use to visit usually after 3 to 4 month with my office team. Spacial thanks to Mr. Gaurav. He is good gentleman, the location is also very good outside parking space is also very nice.
The location of the hotel is very convenient.
The rooms were good sized and clean.
Special call out to the staff, all of them were very efficient and always ready to help.
Very well maintained , clean and spacious rooms . Food is great … needless to say . The best part is the support from the staff . Very courteous and efficient . Sumana at the breakfast table , took special pains to ensure that my order was made … exactly like I wanted it . Thanks a lot to everyone
