I had a good stay at Niko! Wow what a welcome with beautiful🌹 and welcome drink, The room and bathroom were spotless, and the WC was well-maintained. Housekeeping was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. I loved the Breakfast area The food was excellent and the interior was too good . Very nice Management with beautiful n supportive staff. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at Niko Hotel. The staff was polite, and the room was very clean. Breakfast was superb, but there weren’t many options available. Unfortunately, the hot water for bathing wasn’t up to the mark, which could be improved.
The hotel is at a prime location in ernakulam.

Only drawback is parking. We need to give the key of our car for the valet parking.
