I recently had the pleasure of staying at Niyati Boutique in Fort Kochi, and it was an amazing experience! The property is beautifully designed and perfectly captures the charm of the area. Francis, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel at home. His warmth and attention to detail really enhance the stay. Sanju, his friend, is equally fantastic and always ready to assist with a smile. Together, they create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that makes your stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Niyati Boutique for anyone looking to explore Fort Kochi while enjoying exceptional hospitality!
Located centrally, perfect for exploring all of Fort Kochi on foot if you’re an avid walker. The attached restaurant, Francis, offers room service and can be accessed through an internal door. The wooden and vintage aesthetic, combined with thoughtful architecture, design, and landscaping, makes you forget how compact the space actually is. Absolutely enjoyed being there.
The property itself is charming, cozy, and full of character, perfectly reflecting the vibe of Fort Kochi. A special mention goes to Neena at the reception, who made my stay incredibly comfortable with her warm and professional service.
Our stay with the boutique was quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well kept and clean. The location is great, walkable to most places around fort kochi. The staff is really polite and kind.
I stayed at this property two years ago and it was amazing. Heritage style with good cleanliness, great price and the manager was amazing too and that’s why I opted to stay here again.
This time was a terrifying experience. I noticed that the room wasn’t very clean when I walked in, it was very humid and stuffy too. I noticed some droppings on the walls too. I woke up in the middle of the night to find some wood dust on the bed and to my shock was a mouse running through the wooden beam on top of the bed. The droppings made sense then. The staff there helped to change my room immediately to downstairs since there was one available. but the reception staff next morning was very non chalant and did not so much as even apologise when I let her know that I was in such inconvenience. The place has been run down and not maintained well. Wouldnt visit again!
