The property is great. The views are awesome. Looks like a heritage building but it is not a heritage property. The facilities are great Kids playing area is huge , badminton, lawn tennis , swimming pool and table tennis to play. Our deal included all meals and the food was really great.
Looking at the service this place nowhere it qualifies to be a 5 star hotel. The staff is more of new and not fully trained yet . If one has experienced any 5 star hotel then he can judge in first interaction at front office.
We booked 5 rooms and rooms have great view , clean & big rooms with all facilities.
We came to know later that the hotel is popular for pre-wedding shoots and in marriage seasons it’s always crowded here as they have huge lawns and 3-4 banquet halls for marriages .
The house keeping staff is not trained well , have to remind them for services twice .
We would still rate 4 out of 5 to this beautiful property and the wide range of facilities they offer with delicious food.
The BROWN SUGAR is 24 hours restaurant and Frontier Mail restaurant has lunch/dinner timings.
