Rooms are very clean and spacious with all amenities, staff are very friendly and well mannered with guests, In room dining food was very delicious, Must appreciate front office team, Hotel ambience is good, Hotel is very neat and clean with very good fragrance in all floors. Security guards also will help you wherever you want to go. Thanks to Hotel Northway Team. Loved the stays , we will recommend to all of our friends and family members too, keep it up… Definitely will come again…
Wonderful stay at Northway Hotel for four nights from 04.09.2024. Ambience is great. Great location and all shopping areas within 2 km radius. Neat and clean hotel including the linens. The reception ladies Ms. Anita and Ms. Jyotsna were very supportive and always had a smile on their faces. Check-in and Check-out was smooth. Any issues were sorted within no time.That was amazing because top hotels will struggle to match this type of service.
The breakfast spread was excellent. In room dining food was very good.
Services they provided was very good Staff are very friendly including the guards. Car parking is quite spacious. I will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends to experience Northway Services. We will definitely stay again in our next visit.

Great location, comfortable stay in the prime location of the city however service needs to be improved a great deal especially the staff at reception who are discourteous and ignorant.
I booked this hotel for 2 nights purely going by the reviews, the property is located near to BSNL office in Daba Gardens , right on the main road and has rooms with good built up space…(it is like a business hotel so don’t expect views/ frills).
The staff at reception are clueless, ignorant and have loads of attitude. Most of the times, no one is available at reception and it is an effort to get hold of them.
Breakfast is very good with good spread.
I feel the rooms are bit overpriced.
Rooms are vey spacious and clean, welcoming staff with smile, hotel ambience and cleanliness was top notch, Restaurant food was delicious and tastes excellent, Breakfast is good, Highly recommended and budget friendly, all prime locations are nearby only. Railway station is 1km distance. Stay was comfortable with clean rooms. Thanks to make my trip and Hotel Northway
The service, the Ambience, the hospitality, and if course the decoration was top notch! Not gonna lie, the perfect place for any kind of celebration.
