Pathetic customer service. I went to Goa along with my wife and a daughter. We were given a room where flush was not working. Staff is not supportive at all. Even after multiple requests, nobody carried our luggage while checking out. We carried luggage on our own to the taxi. Overall, please avoid going to this hotel

Its Very very worst experience, food was very bad. I have paid more than 13000 for per night, its not worth.
Room – ambience very bad, its feel dull lights. In front of my room cleaning section so its always dirty and crowded area.
Food – Looks good but test is Very bad,
Staff – very co-operative.
Very good hotel when travelling with kids or family. Location is very good. Service at the restaurant was even better.
Would recommend to travelers with kids to keep this hotel in your wish list.

Both the places are extremely good and ideal if you are travelling with family.
I am comparing it with first hand personal experience at Hyatt Centric thats just nearby
Novotel is far better that Hyatt centric in room size, usability, pool size, activities for kids, general layout of the premises.
Everything at Novotel candolim from rooms to overall stay experience is a better specially if are travelling with family and kids
