I had a very nice experience,one of the staff Mr Rakesh made me feel like home. Before I can ask something to eat he is actually ready with the stuff. The hospitality delivered by him is exceptional. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
After 3 weeks in June / July and 3 weeks in September, I can confirm that all the employees are smart and nice. I came back to Europe with great unforgettable memories (hospitality, assistance…).
Also, very impressive “kitchen-team” with very tasty Indian dishes. Special thanks for the lobster and salmon: as fine as in my homeland !!

I recently stayed at Novotel Guwahati, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, what truly stood out was the staff specially a guy called Pullak he was very nice and Professional. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request, which made me feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and warmth were evident. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return for another stay.
