The staff was very helpful and cooperative.
Front desk we were attended by Ms. Guru who was sweet and helpful.
Staff at the restaurant was also very cheerful and it was a delight to be served by them.
The food was also very good.
We wish to come again.

Had a pleasant stay for one weekend here at Novotel Kochi Infopark. The hotel is situated in a quite calm place, away from traffic. They have sufficient parking. When we reached at night (9pm) there was no security/valet or bell boys to help us with the parking and luggage, probably a shift change time?
However, the reception staff were very polite and helpful. The superior room allotted to us was spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom was also very neat and fairly well-maintained. The only issue in the room we faced was that the AC effect was very poor. We had to call the maintenance engineer at 11 in the night to change some filters and reduce the temperature (password locked setting). It still took around 3-4 hours to even reduce by couple of degrees.
Dinner buffet had a good spread of dishes – chats, pasta live counter, north indian and continental dishes. Overall a decent buffet in terms of taste.
My stay at Novotel Infopark Kochi was truly an amazing experience. From the moment I stepped into the luxurious lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and I truly felt like a valued guest. I would highly recommend Novotel Infopark Kochi to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.
