Decent room for the online price (~1000 rupees).
Pros:
Comfortable bed, clean linens, towels and surfaces.
Hot water.
Friendly staff who were willing to negotiate after I started booking online.
Cons:
Internet did not work.
Water dripping from the water heater (plumbing seems to be a recurring issue in the comments).
Food was low quality. Breakfast was adisappointment. Roaches enjoyed the dirty tables. The allo parantha and chai were acceptable, but the poha was dry and bland (and I’m American, albeit Cajun).
Overly attentive staff – upon check-in one staff followed me into the room to check its condition. While nice, it was a bit weird. 15 minutes afterwards, just as I’m getting relaxed, a knock on the door – at 9:45 p.m. – for another staff to check behind the first guy. A large party was going on with kids screaming in the hallways until past midnight, so when they left in the morning I tried to get a bit more rest. The front desk said I could check out late (noon)….except, at 9:30 a.m. a knock on the door then a key opening my door. Two more staff standing in the doorway arguing I need to check out. 🤷 They only relented when I pointed to my name on their guest registry and how I had only arrived late at night and was trying to get some rest.
Perhaps it would be better if staff were more attuned to guests’ needs and offered privacy and peace rather than constantly requesting a guest to answer their knocks.
I went with my family after coming from Canada. My kids had lot of tantrums about hotel and it’s cleanliness , their eating habits, everything was well taken care of . Their hospitality was very good. Laxmi helped us in everything related to breakfast and kids food. Thank you everyone
Took family suite & found room very spacious & clean with great view.
Staff is super friendly especially Mr Ankush & Anshul ji. Owner also available during peak hours at reception to attend customers personally.
In house Food is also v good
Pathetic room service .. average rooms.. cleaning below par..basic amenties missing..leaking taps.. wsshrooms dirty ..locks not working.. lifts r poorly managed.. not so welcoming staff.. overall worst n unsatisfied with the family stay..
