The rooms were excellent with on-par room service. The staff was very polite and courteous.
The location of the hotel is what catches the eyes. The view from the room is mesmerizing.
Overall we had a decent stay here.
I had a wonderful stay at Olive Downtown Hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and I want to especially mention Anjana. She provided a detailed explanation of the hotel’s facilities and made sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly and professional approach made my stay even more enjoyable.
We stayed at the Olive Downtown for 2 nights with our tour group. Hotel was clean and tidy. The food was outstanding with excellent service. With special mention and thanks to Chef Elbin Paul. Particularly enjoyed the fresh grilled fish and masala fish. The dining room staff, both managers and staff were very attentive and courteous.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a very smooth check in process. Anjana and Abad the hotel receptionists, provided an exceptional experience during my stay. They were very attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with a smile especially when it came to fixing the wifi. They were prompt in addressing any requests, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
Overall, their professionalism and warm demeanor significantly enhanced my time at the hotel. Highly recommend!
