Good location, on the highway…
The service is awesome. Very nice staff and cordial. Food is nice as well. Rooms with balcony is worth it.
There can be road sound in the night… but overall good stay.
I stayed there for a night with my husband but they don’t have a female staff or during my stay I didn’t see any female guests so it was a bit awkward for me every time I came in the lobby or went to the restaurant. The rooms were okay and the bathrooms needed a lot of improvements according to the price they charged. The food was tasty and the staff was also courteous.
It was a very bad experience. Yesterday I came here with some of my colleagues for some business meeting but the total experience here was that the rate of food items was very high and in the room deal they had made with me, they charged me ₹800 extra as well. So I would suggest everyone to never stay here. They behave very badly and add necessary charges.
Checkin booking good. Rooms poor maintained. No hot water on second floor. No telephone for calls. Leakage in room 210 I stayed. Loose fixture. Not great. Mirror on side. Çant even stand. Otherwise clean and spacious parking avb. Look for options when in karnal
