I called the hotel to inquire about room booking, but after the reception staff answered the call, they put me on hold for 20-25 minutes without providing any answer. This was a very strange behavior and absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed. They ignore guests, and their staff seems to have significant language difficulties, as they did not understand what I was saying. I don’t think they even comprehended my queries. If the experience before booking a room is this poor, I can only imagine how the room service might be. It was very unprofessional behavior, its very bad.
The hotel is good but they loot people it’s price is 1000 lesser than in real price if you’re thinking to book then boot it online

Not good for examinee…charge more money (₹ 5000 for 2 days) than usual …even cut the services ..like breakfast, tea
