Good quality rooms and food is decent. Near main Road. Traffic noises can be disturbing. But access to transportation is easy. Railway stations are not so near though but you can get rickshaw, buses, tempos to reach there.
Excellent hotel. The administrative staff treats you like family and kudos to the artist whose paintings feature the rooms. Great stuff. The dining experience could be better tho…
More or less ok. Since it’s located near the market, it’s preferable if you have your food outside, because the food from the restaurant is not good, but price is high. Room quality and price are not at par, with the former being lower. Lift and power backup available. Geysers not present in each room, but floor geysers are switched on on demand.
PROBLEM: Being located near the market on the busy AT Road, your sleep will be disturbed by honking of trucks throughout the night. Since the station is just behind the hotel, the whistle of engines add to the trouble. I’ve never had a good sleep at night (I’ve stayed in the hotel thrice, once in 2014, and again twice in 2018, and have spent almost sleepless nights).
Pathetic hotel. Need renovation.Shower is not workung, seems bever cleaned since its fitting.Dustbins are dirty, foot padel of the dustbin is not working, you need to open the cover of dirty dustbin everytime by your hand. Only few free channels can be viewed. Poor service of room service. Dinner order given @10:30pm against the requested time of 9:30 one day abd the other day it was 9:00 pm against the 9:30.
I dont know why people gave less rating to this hotel… for me it is one of the best hotel in tinsukia… have you ever seen hospitality by the staff for you, if not just try it out once on my words…. i am assuring you… you will get best service ever of your life…. bar in the hotel is having best staffs…. just try chilly chicken or chilly paneer… u will be licking your fingers there after…. from my side thumbs up to hotel mayurjyoti and bar too…..
