Pathetic. This hotel is blot on the hotel industry. They do not know the meaning of cleanliness. When complained they will say this is the best possible cleanliness. One can understand the standards of their cleanliness.
Their bedsheet; blanket are dirty and filthy.
Their bathrooms are extremely dirty. Never cleaned before checkin by the guest.
Forget about the room service. No courtesy by the staff. They are uncouth.
The pot in the bathroom are so placed one cannot sit on it. The pot cover canot stay upright so that men can pee.
I do not want to curse them, but this I am posting so that future customers can be prepared and the hotel tries to improve.
Rooms are ok. But I am not happy with their complimentary breakfast even I have paid extra money. First day, I went and asked for breakfast. They have brought breakfast with cold tea n paratha. Second day given previous day refrigerated paratha for single person instead two. Guest are treated like beggar and hotel guy request for good ratings even after poor and unacceptable behaviour n service
They don’t follow oyo policies,i asked them to late check out but they charged full day charge ,according to oyo policy for late check out charge will be 30-40% but they don’t follow that if you ask them about oyo policy they simply tell which oyo what is that there name is oyo but nothing is like oyo,this is very worst experience for me if they don’t know oyo policy then why they have named it oyo ,just they have to name it simply hotel name ,just it’s name is oyo ,no one rules and policy follow like oyo
Worst hotel I saw in my life with no room service.
Not at all cleanroom
Blankets are very dirty
If sum give me money and says to stay there again I will never go there it’s a worst that i can not explain
My Experinace in this Hotel very Bad its have ery unhygienic and very dirty room no staff in housekeeping no facility for drinking water if you want to stay here at night its not a Good Palace if you want to spent here only two and three hours its okay
