I was recently stayed for one day and room was very neet good maintenance. But little long distance to city.
It is located 5kms away from RTC Bus Stand and is located city outskirts. Horrible with zero safety standards. They don’t even have a proper window curtains. I had to live for one night in a helpless state. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Staff is more worried about for what amount we have got the booking done on travel portal. Zero customer service nor they are trained.
The rooms r well maintained the ambiance is really good ppl who got to Nellore bara shaheed dargha can stay at this place it’s affordable too
Poor service, I don’t know how does get such a hotel 4star. Bedsheets seemed like old one, not fresh. TV was not working, Curtains were not covering windows. No hand wash, no soap in bathroom.( I went to reception personally to get soap). Dirty bathroom. Nobody attended reception phone. No water heater available.
Overall pathetic conditions….😑😑😑
It is use less Hotel, Now a days not even working AC. U might understand the situation of This hotel
