This is fraud by the hotel and oyo. We booked online by one month advance, but when we arrived there they denied any booking. So we had to face a lot of difficulties as there is no other hotel near by. The money also was not refunded by oyo. And oyo customer care again fraud us by ensuring us to book a near by hotel and took advance money but the hotel was 15 km away from that place.
This hotel is shown in Oyo website. When you book in advance and go their, they deny any booking by Oyo. So here either it is fault of Oyo or the hotel. So we costumer suffer unnecessarily. This is a fraud system run by Oyo.
