  1. Central Inn 2, cheating with guest. I booked a room from oyo app on 12 August 2024 for one night. Around 11 AM I visit the hotel for check in but they told me that they are not allowe online booked guest. So my question is why you listed in the oyo app ? Who bearings my cab fare from Paltan Bazar to Ganeshguri for Check in ? If u are not interested in online booking remove your name from the oyo platform and release the guest from your harrasment.

  2. CHEATERS • PATHETIC • WORST
    NEVER book rooms here via oyo app. They’ll ask you to prepay & then shift your stay to some other random hotels. Eventually you’ll end up cancelling it and lose your money because I’ve never got my refund. Just AVOID booking here.

  3. the room was small and dirty and was not the room that was shown on the oyo app. the linen were dirty, the washroom was very small and dirty, the tv didn’t work. DO NOT STAY in this hotel. AVOID, if possible. there are way better hotels than this a little farther for almost the same price.

  4. Umm..I visited this place.it has two hotel running in one place with same name. 1& 2 .the hotel is shabby,not good,highly over priced.and Very unhappy owners( they are unhappy to see us. Not welcoming at all.

    First it does not have complete aminities.like Gyser, Wifi

    Secondly Hygiene is poor ( washroom are not cleaned)

    Thirdly The don’t behave properly,Rude people.

    Fourthly they will give Provide you some different than seen in this picture.saying that you are single person. Whereas we pay for 2X 168 sq ft room.(It does not have that much big rooms)

    Fifth Don’t book or pay online,They will refuse to give room ,saying they don’t take payment online.

    A sincere request to OYO please remove it from your partner list,this hotel is disgrace to you, they even Don’t consider any booking from OYO then why you are Featuring them on your happy.

    I wish I could get return from you giving such a poor service to Loyal customers

  5. Good but costly, they should maintain the room nicely, specially cleaning and bathroom
    They are not giving good after and tea after charging that much more, quality should me better
