Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Unhygienic, dirty, unkempt, unclean room including similar remarks for the washroom with a foul stench, that was provided as per OYO booking. I have not even mentioned about the property currently, which was similarly kept. Saw the room, waited for 10 minutes if it is bearable due to advance booking and full amount paid, then simply went out with my family informing staff that we can’t stay in such place. No assistance from OYO customer support too.
Pathetic services. Only want money. Will not delivered. No professionalism and they do not know their work also. Not suggested. I wasted my money so i hope anyone else dont.
This place as such is nice and comfy to stay but to reach this place is a task , Railway station is just 10 minutes away but it will take hours for you to reach kamal palace as the modes of transport from the station to various places are restricted to only few a dingy looking rickshaws and share autos
Once you have reached the turn near hotel Jyoti palace you will have to head straight to reach your destination, mind you which is located in an industrial area, so the roads are always in a very very bad condition , I mean the last time I visited, it felt like I was crossing some lake , that much of industrial water was on the road and half of the time you will not be able to get any cab aur auto to drop you there so you will end up paying huge amounts to the thugs who will drop you here from the station (A 10 minutes drive) at a cost of 800-900 rupees on the pretext of damaged roads
So I would suggest you to not opt for this place until the roads are mended and stay someplace better and safe !!
The staff and manager was alcoholic and I call police for his rude behaviour
Please don’t go on that palace
A mediocre place with an open space and a big hall where any get together, party, marriage, function can be held. This place is not very big and can accomodate near about maximum 150 people.
