Does not deserve even a single star rating. Filthy place with garbage lying on passage and rooms unkept. They didn’t even have a proper water geyser and were providing a heating coil instead. Just didn’t understand why the OYO executive suggested this place. Even more disappointed is OYO customer service since we repeatedly tried to connect while at the place but we were always put on hold and when the call got eventually disconnected, no one bothered to call back. In the middle of a long journey we were forced to look out for another room around and when we continued to try cancellation of the booking and get our refund, we were put on hold every time and denied only because we were supposed to take pictures for their validation. Worst and most probably the only experience with OYO.
