Hi everyone pls never book the room from oyo rooms in your life you will also face the same issues like us they will book the rooms and once you reach the hotel no rooms will be their and you have to face the problem like us this was very much pathetic service they provide to the customer, I will never book any hotel in future, Even the customer service people do the same they just put the phone on hold for 20 mins to connect the call , it’s my humble request to Everyone please never go through OYO Rooms booking 🙏
Worst staff behaviour, always expects more money from customers
Pathetic service received at this place.I had booked this property through OYO. When we check in there there offered us a very small room with dirty bathroom. After objecting with the photos displayed on the site and the room offered we spoke to the manager for the change and even more unhygienic room was offered.The rooms displayed in the pictures were full he said. Even though making a prior booking we received this service.Full advance payment has been taken and refund wasn’t completely given back . Restless night we had to spend here.Please opt for other good options , there are many. Annoying experience!!

Very worst facilities, pathetic bathroom double charged for geyser though it is already mentioned in eminities, worst service ever seen very rude behaviour of hotel boys completely worth less for amount paid.
