I don’t think they deserve 4 star, see rust on metal in video, there was Raut in the room, I don’t know how get 4 star. God bless them
He has no manners of talking. His cleanliness is very bad. Nothing gets done on time and he makes a lot of excuses….
Third class hotel with third class service. Rooms are dirty. No bathroom kit given. No food options. Staff is rude. Total waste of money.
