   Don’t ever go to this place in your dreams also! It’s the worst place you can stay in.
   The host lacks basic decency and beats around the bush alot. Although he was okay with his behaviour with us but now looking at the kind of replies that he has given to his guests who have posted negative feedbacks here is really concerning. Please stay away from this place at any cost. Talking about the room and stay, it was just okay with very basic amenities. You should be able to get much better rooms at the same price anywhere else.

   Very quiet, clean and spacious. Great location. Host is very nice and helpful. In fact he upgraded my room free. This was my first time but not the last.

   I was here in the month of April, I really loved the place:
   1. First thing is Mr.Rajdeep the owner of this homestay who is friendly and supportive. I spend some good time knowing information about places and about dehradun. He is a informative and nice person.
   2. Loved the greenary(trees and plants) at the entrance inside the compound.And there is enough of parking place.
   3. Rooms are good and felt affordable when compared to others.
   4. Location is at the right place one can reach easily and also can spend time nearby.

   Everything was excellent except the doors of the rooms and bathroom. They need to change their doors.

   Rooms not as same as shown while booking, filthy room, no ventilation, no attached toilet, don’t fall for owners over politeness, I guess all the 5 stars reviews are for his over acting and not for his property. Pocket friendly listing but cheap host
