Staff is very supportive and try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. We had some dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate that.
The location of the property is great, but the rooms require quite a bit of maintenance, especially if they claim to be a 4 star property. Parts of the property that were not visible from the front also had trash dumped (like a used commode).
Overall, it was a good stay. Excellent room and good spread of breakfast. Mixed reviews for the staff. Some were excellent (special mention to Deb, he ensures you have a great stay not only in hotel but in Goa) but some were really cold and arrogant. Pool guy – rudest service staff i met in any hotel so far. He was involved in some fight with the guest as well but more than that his overall attitude towards kids and guests is worrisome. Some of the service staff at the pool bar and breakfast were also ignoring any service requests made.
Unacceptable Service and Disappointing Experience
Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we—five ladies—arrived, we encountered shockingly unprofessional and rude behavior from the front office staff. Despite having no lift facility, they refused to assist us with our luggage to the fourth floor, citing our request for 30 minutes to freshen up as an issue.
Room service was non-existent, as the in-room phone was out of order. To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working late at night, and with no way to contact staff, we had to climb down five floors to the reception to report the issue—an exhausting ordeal. We ended up enduring a sleepless, uncomfortable night instead.
Adding to the frustration, we requested cab service and waited for 1.5 hours, yet no one cared enough to assist or provide an update. The lack of accountability and customer service was appalling.
The only redeeming aspect was the breakfast, which was decent, but this does not excuse the overall poor experience.
We expected far better from a reputed brand like Radisson. This stay was a regrettable waste of ₹30-40k, and we strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

The place is super friendly for parents with small kids. The staff will try to fulfil every request made for kids. The location is convenient as it’s close to main road where numerous shopping and dining options are present. The place is 1km walking from the beach. The rooms are okay the bathroom is just okay. Room lobby is cramped. Pool and common area of the hotel was well maintained. Spare mattresses lying on staircase was a sore sight. Cleaning cart also not a pleasant view but i understand they cant do up n down with that cart every-time as their lift is tiny and there is no other space in the room gallery.
Amazing hospitality and experience. Mr. Deb helped us a lot during check-in, check-out and our entire stay. I stayed at this place with my entire family of 12 people. The staff helped us in making our stay very special. I would recommend this property to everyone.
