Being a corporate event manager, this is ideal place for corporate events.
Park Regis has one of the biggest halls in Goa.
The property is quite central and many locations are easily accessible. The rooms and the property overall is very clean. Staff were friendly.
One thing that could be improved – during our 5 days of trip, the breakfast was same throughout with some minor changes. The taste was good, but different options would’ve been nice.
1/5 – Disappointing Stay at Park Regis*
I recently had the misfortune of staying at Park Regis for 5 nights with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was bad coz of cleanliness and maintenance standards.
The room was unclean, with hair and shampoo sachets stuck in the bathroom sink. To make matters worse, we encountered insects and bedbugs in the room, which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Despite repeated requests, we were not provided with basic toiletries and towels. The room also lacked fresheners, resulting in an unpleasant odor. When I looked under the bed, to.find my son’s toy.. I was shocked to find a layer of dust.
While the staff was polite, their courtesy wasn’t enough to compensate for the hotel’s numerous shortcomings. For the price we paid, we expected a clean and comfortable stay. Sadly, Park Regis failed to deliver.
Unless the hotel management takes serious steps to address these issues, I would advise others to think twice before booking a stay here.
Please.choose your stay Wisely for the price that you pay
This is a good property. Only thing is it is a bit away from the Baga beach (~3kms) and as you know, in Goa you cannot depend on taxis or autos unless going to airport or railway station. So you will need to hire a 2 wheeler.
Food here is quite value for money. Costs less than most of the high end restaurants outside.
Service was really good. However room allocation took about 30m from arrival and room didn’t have towel or doormat which could not be fixed even after 1 phone call. Overall still service was very polite, humble, caring and customer oriented. Definitely would recommend this place.
Rooms are huge, spacious, have a good vibe. Balcony is huge, Well ventilated. Overall service is too good!
I had the most unpleasant experience at Park Regis Hotel in Goa. The hygiene standards are absolutely appalling. I found insects in my sandwich, which was disgusting and unacceptable. The cutlery provided was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly washed in ages.
To make matters worse, the rooms were infested with spiders – on the bed, the floor, and even in our bags. It was impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed. For the price they charge, this level of cleanliness is shocking. The staff is extremely rude and treat guests very poorly
