If you’re staying overnight for train boarding, this hotel is just okay, but it’s not suitable for a long stay or for staying with family. Hot water is available for only 20 minutes in the morning. Don’t set high expectations based on the hotel’s exterior pictures. The location is convenient as it is near the railway station.
Worst experience as we booked it for one night as we had our train next day.rooms are not maintained.. Every half and hour their power cuts and fans were not working when we told them to give another room they denied it saying maintenance person will com but nobody came till we checked out.TV is not working when you ask them they will say recharge is not done.please do not ever book this hotel as only front side of hotel is very fancy but rooms are not fancy at all as they worth only 500/- to 700/-
We stayed there for two days from 17.. front office staff were so supportive especially Mr. Sabin. Rooms are very clean and neat. Outside foods are not allowed inside but it’s okey the food from the restaurant is tasty and the service staffs are good. We had a great time over there.. thank you so much for this marvelous experience.
This location is very accommodating to our needs. They give their clients excellent service and take in mind our preferences. Such excellent discipline, immaculately clean rooms, and breathtaking views.
One of the best hotel for travellers. Just in front of Ernakulam Railway station and Metro station.
Very well maintained, neat n tidy spacious rooms at a budget rate.
Though situated at the centre of town and near Railway station and Metro station, this place gives a feel.of calmness n serenity the moment we step in.. It has a beautifully arranged eye catching courtyard and
in all my next visit to Kochi!!
