Great property at the heart of the city and provdiding good views of the cityscape. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being pet-friendly is an added advantage.
The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The manager and the staff at the restaurant were very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. Food is good and tasty. Will visit again.
The locality of the hotel is great. We enjoyed our stay at the place. But the service of the staff is equally opposite. It took 30 minutes just to take our order when the restaurant was not even crowded. In addition to that, the food was served after almost an hour. The service of their staff needs to be improved in major areas.
I stayed in first week of October 2024.The experience in this hotel is very, very good.
Receptionist pushpam guided me very well and responded very good not only her the entire service is good.
And the restaurant person. Mr. Gilson
Handed us very well, and their wholesome service was exceptional.
I’ll recommend for next time. For people who comes to Kodaikanal.
Especially I want to mention their buffet breakfast was absolutely very good.
Everything was very good and beautiful. The food very good 👍.rooms were very neat and clean. We had a lot of fun in the garden. All the places in Kodaikanal was really beautiful. But there was a bit problem with non veg shops near by. I felt really relaxed and had a peaceful sleep. I never felt tired because of this climate. The games very really interesting. It was really good that I felt I was in a foreign country.

Just wanted to add one more point that we can have South Indian food also for the dinner in restaurant.
Other than that it’s most welcomed place to stay and enjoy holidays.
