Excellent hotel close to Kochi airport. This is run by Marriott Bonvoy. They have some colorful neat interiors – very neat rooms with abundant bath accessories. We loved their service – front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant. We also loved the wonderful spread at the breakfast – traditional South Indian clubbed with continental. The Dosa we ordered was very nice and do was the appam. All in all a very good hotel – tad on the expensive side – we enjoyed the stay. Also a
complimentary ride to the airport.
The property is good, clean, and comfortable, with very friendly staff. The front desk is small and was understaffed at the time of check-in. Service at the only restaurant is fairly slow. No alcohol at this property!! The WC seat in the restroom near the lobby/restaurant area was broken, with screws sticking out.
Stayed here recently on our trip for a family wedding. The hotel was modern, clean and tastefully decorated.
The service from all staff was wonderful, everyone couldn’t do enough for us.
Location wise great for the airport super close but quite far from shops etc

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the night before our early morning flight so as to avoid the traffic on the journey to the airport. This hotel also offers a shuttle to the terminal.
The hotel is very pleasant with a rooftop swimming pool and gym. The rooms are nice and clean and relaxing.
There is a restaurant and a lounge bar available.
The surroundings are nice and there is a nice secure entrance.
Highly recommended for an overnight stop as an airport hotel, but would not consider this a hotel to spend more time in.
Port Muzariz restaurant, located on the service road of Airport Road, was somewhat difficult to access due to roadblocks. While the outdoor ambiance was pleasant, the interiors lacked acoustic comfort, with noisy chairs scraping against tiled floors. We opted for the buffet as À la carte orders were said to take too long, but even a single pasta dish we ordered took an unexpectedly long time to arrive.
The food quality was disappointing—most dishes lacked proper seasoning, especially the chicken and fish, while desserts were overly sweet. Some vegetarian options were decent, but service was poor. Water was never served, plates were not cleared, and we constantly had to call for attention despite the restaurant being nearly empty.
Given the overall experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
