Me & my wife had a 4 day stay at this hotel,. We are profound travellers & I can assure you this hotel is one of the cleanest & beautiful hotel with a picturesque view.
The staff were incredibly friendly, right from the front desk to house keeping staff to the restaurant staff. Each one of them are welcoming, helpful, honest and respectful people making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The restaurant staff fed us delicious food with love & care. The support staff were available 24/7. They cater to all our demands with a smile on the face. They all have a great sense of hospitality.

Stayed at Portola for 3 nights with our family and it has been quite a peaceful stay. The staff was helpful and quaint. The highlight of our stay was the Food. A calm place away from the hustle bustle of city life. A place to relax and to unwind yourself in the lap of nature. Located amid orchard and mountains, an amazing place for holiday with family and friends. Beautiful rooms, nice restaurant, clean surroundings and peaceful environment. The staff is hospitable and courteous. Food is delicious. I had amazing Hotel experience.
It is situated on the bank of a small river like. You will have all amenities like a 3star hotel. Beautiful location, luxurious hotel and it is outside the city so you can enjoy the peace.
Roof top restaurant allows you to enjoy lovely view of the hills of Mcleodganj. On the other side you can enjoy the view of a river.
