They are cheater. They ask for extra and double payment even after making payment. Its a complete harassment. During check in we had to wait for 4 hours due to their internal issues also they harrassed during check out.
Never recommend.
Bathroom is also very bad here.
AC was leaking water into the room. Rooms are clean. Room service is decent. Breakfast buffet is super.
Best value for money & great location. Even has a small gym in the basement.
Went to attend a private party recently. They served all their starters on the table in quarter plates to each guest, without giving the choice to the guest to choose their own nibbles. I had to dump the 4 pieces of tandoori panner which I abhor, which is an unnecessary waste. The buffet spread was okay, but as far as culinary arts, it was mediocre. This place served good food earlier and I have myself arranged several parties there. However, though the latest renovations do enhance the aesthetics, I wish more investment is made in the chef’s skill to satisfy a more discerning clientele.
The hotel is at prime location in Guwahati just oppo to the city centre. Hotel have very less amenities as per price. Rooms are very small.
