Rooms are not hygiene and cockroaches there and specialty one thing receptionist behavior very rude asking more money,
Not treated as a customer
If don’t maintain capacity pls close, otherwise train to your staff how behave to customers, better don’t go for this hotel.
Near bus stand. Good rooms. Few rooms didn’t have good ACs. Need to check before you take. Staff is good. Neatly maintained. Only problem is hot water comes only in the mornings for specific time. Afterwards, no hot water. Like hostel. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.
This was best before lockdown and I am r regular visitor for this hotel for my official work. But now it became,
Worst Hotel staff is very arrogant, you can’t close bathroom Door in Room, if you are choosing this hotel you are making a wrong choice.
I came on official visit and was put by my clint for 20 days in A/C room. After 10 days of stay in the evening at 8 pm i was asked to adjust to for one day and night in non a/c room as there is some big group of ppl have booked. When i said that this not correct the owner mr prasad told directly that if you cannot adjust for one day then can vacate the room and was very unprofessional and rude in comincating. When i said kindly speak to my client and then i will do what they confirm the owner mr prasad switched of the power of the room.
This is very unprofessional behavior by the owner.
My client has to come at 10 pm and taken a different hotel .
Hotel people promised to provide hot water for a/c rooms in the morning but it was difficult to get hot water.
They gave us a heating coil and asked us to use it to heat water in a bucket.
