The Presidency Airport Hotel is perfect for an overnight stay before an early morning flight like I did. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long journey. The rooftop infinity pool is a nice extra. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The free 24-hour airport shuttle was a real bonus and made my travel plans so much easier. Highly recommended for travelers!
I arrived there unannounced after missing a flight late in the evening. I was quite stressed after the flight issues. The reception( Special shout out to Showkat Ali) at the hotel found me a good deal immediately, made me feel very welcome, sorted out dinner etc.A big thank you also to one of the other managers whose name escapes me- sincere apologies I forgot the name – for helping me with re booking new flight ticket, and all other top service. The hotel was great, pool, breakfast etc. very close to the airport too but the rooms were very quite. Highly recommend
I had a great stay at Hotel Presidency Airport Kochi. Conveniently located near the airport, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The in-house restaurant served delicious Kerala dishes, and the airport shuttle made my trip hassle-free. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a comfortable stay close to the airport.
Hotel receptionist staff Mr Justin showed excellent customer service. He went extra miles to make sure we had good proper rooms and stay at the hotel. I would like to wishes him my best wishes and would love to come back to staff as the customer service In the hotel is excellent. Good job.
We’re so satisfied with the whole stay. rooms, breakfast food , and all amenities was great everything is luxurious at presidency hotel , extremely helpful staffs. Specially would like to mention the names of Ms.Megha & Mr.Sumesh were very friendly behaviour also professional approach. Really enjoyed thank you for making us comfortable. will surly visit next time.
