Rooms are ok but management needs to check about pest control, AC operational activities, Toilet cleanliness. All staffs are new and don’t know about hospitality unfortunately!!
Foods are with avarage tests and less in varieties.
Management needs to check the tariff and open for direct Booking by guests rather than through tour operators which will increase Andaman Tourism in coming days.
Make the rooms unnecessarily costlier will definitely discouraged middle income group to visit Andaman!!
We stayed in Pristine Beach Resort on a fishing trip.
Pros:
1. The resort looks nice. There is a nice restaurant area and a bar (which we did not visit). The cottage rooms that we stayed in are relatively spacious.
2. The food was good. The kitchen is clean and the chapati was good and hot.
3. The room air-conditioning was strong with a fan. The toilet has a good exhaust fan and insect screens to avoid insects entering the toilet.
4. The resort boss Mr Alex and his son Ajit were courteous and welcoming.
5. Resort staff are generally friendly and obliging. The resort generously went out of their way to allow our group members to cook our home foods in their kitchen.
Cons:
1. Being an outdoor resort, there are inevitably small insects in the room, but there were a number of small booklice and small insects on the bedsheets. Generally harmless but they did make me a bit uncomfortable. Could have done with some vacuuming.
2. We did not have housekeeping done the first day as we kept our room keys. The staff politely informed us that if we wanted our rooms cleaned, we should give them the keys when we go out in the day. We did that the next day but we still did not have our rooms cleaned and we gave up, although I believe the staff would have been happy to do so if we had requested it.
3. There is no facial tissue paper (boxes) in the rooms. There was no toilet paper but they did deliver us small rolls of toilet paper on request.
4. Mosquitoes are everywhere outdoors at night but this is an issue that seems endemic to the Andaman Islands and the resort cannot be specifically faulted for it.
5. The walk to the beach at night is unlit and we came across a small snake on the path so do bring a light and walk slowly if visiting. The rocky beach was not as nice as we had been told and we were a bit disappointed.
Overall we had a good stay and would recommend Pristine Beach Resort! Thank you.
We stayed a night on 20th May 2024. First of all, it is not beach resort. No wifi signals in rooms. It was available only near to reception area. No mobile tower as well ( Jio /Airtel) . They provided room at the farthest side on a rainy night where lights were not available on the way to room. On a rainy night, it was dark and we had 2 kids. Walking to reception, restaurant which was around 150m from the room provided is difficult. Food service at restaurant is not quick enough, we had to ask 2-3 times.
Best property in Diglipur. Restaurant was good. Staff were friendly and nice.

Loved the property.
It is one of the best places to stay in diglipur. We stayed in their deluxe room. The room was good but some furniture was broken and had very low lighting. Been said that the staff here is very helpful and friendly. Great food at their in-house restaurant. Affordable price and good portion. This property is very close to kalipur beach, if you are lucky, you can also see turtle nests on the beach.
