An optional insulating layer designed to snap onto 2020 versions of the Poncho Villa(TM), but may also still fit under the older versions without the snaps.

Fleece subject matter is extra comfortable and better fitted to cold conditions/wind. Wear one by one or use as a blanket; May also be stuffed into its own front pocket for storage.
Fuzzy/loop panels (front/back/sleeves) for unit patches, i.d.’s, name-tapes, morale patches, glint-tape, and the like.
Fully covers the torso and so much of legs; Quick off and on over layered clothing.
