The product is so good!The installation was so smooth. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Explained all the basics and clarified all our queries.The TDS adjustment is the special feature which I required the most.He exactly kept the value which I asked for. Water taste is also so good after filtration.Will update the review after few months of usage in case any issues are faced.Reduced one star for the look. Requesting Kent to give some attractive and luxurious look as the transparent look gives a feel of some Lab equipment.

Part was broken.
First, thank you to the serviceman in Goa who come to install the next day. He had the part that was broken and fixed everything nicely.The package was handled poorly and the result was a broken outlet connector on the outside of the body. This little connector was broken off completely. Thankfully, no damage to the body and internal parts.I used the meter that came with the filter against 4 types of water sources. City water, filter bottle water from Kingfisher, water created from a dehumidifier, and finally City water. We used two TDS meters which differed by 1-2 ppm in there readings. The filter works! Water is sweet and good after initial fill and flush of the filter.
