Itâs perfect. No more ear pain in flight.i have flight Delhi to Melbourne. For 12 hours. I used this ear plug first 45 minutes of flight and last 45 minutes of flight. Earlier flight few months before I was suffered with lot of ear pain and doctor says a hole in ear drum. But with this ear plug I enjoyed the flight without any pain. I had fear of pain but after half hour I forget that any pain can be. Enjoy.

I have had trouble with flying my entire life, my eardrums always feel like they are rupturing during the final descent of each flight. Iâve used the ear planes version of these that sometimes help slightly but generally still get excruciating pain at some point during the descent. I found Mackâs on Amazon and got a pair. They are magical. I was on three flights recently, all of varying distances/time in flight, and barely even had discomfort! No pain whatsoever, I had no idea flying could be so carefree. If you have ear pain on flights, buy Mackâs. Happy flying.

I just came back from my first trip using these and I gotta tell you, these work so well! I got them because for a previous trip I had the dumb idea of getting a 12 pack of regular earplugs for swimming, and they did not work at all. I had more pain and pressure than ever before and had to do the Valsalva maneuver several times to make it through the landing because the pain unbearable. But with these? None of that! I did feel pressure, and my ears popped a few times, but no pain at all. You can feel them working. 100% recommend!!!

Soffro di un grave disturbo di mancata compensazione di pressione auricolare durante la fase di atterraggio, come se mi infilassero un oggetto appuntito nel timpano….. ebbene utilizzando questi auricolari, mettendoli prima del decollo e levandoli solo quando la fase di atterraggio si completata e solo dopo l’apertura della porta non ho sofferto MAI alcun dolore !!!!! Sono magici !!!!!!!
