Short plug size
The plug is not long enough to use it on some of the US sockets, and it keeps falling of. Otherwise the features are good, and it serves the purpose!

Mixed Experience with Universal Travel Adapter
I purchased this product around a year ago. While I haven’t extensively utilised it, my overall impression has been satisfactory. The adapter seemed to perform adequately, assisting me during my travels. However, a downside has emerged as one of the USB ports has ceased functioning. This decline in functionality is disappointing, and I hope it doesn’t reflect a broader issue with the product’s quality. It’s important to have reliable accessories for travel, and I’m hoping the remaining USB port continues to function without problems.

Very poor quality and loose / slippery
Made of very poor quality material. And it is loose fit and always slippery, specially US one. Due to this, it fell multiple and damaged internally. It is in warranty, but I am not able to find an easy way to get warranty service. So I think I will have to buy a new adapter. Very disappointed.
