Nice place to stay. Slightly outside from the main city, takes about 30-40 mins from center of the city.
The breakfast spread is also quite good. The Manager and staff Rajineesh and Ramana were quite friendly and accommodative towards the customer. Definitely recommend this property if somebody has an event to attend or have to visit south Vishakapatnam/Vizag
Rooms are good.
Location is good
Food is average.
Front office Staffs are not behaving in a professional manner. The way they speaks to me makes upset.
I have stayed 3-4 times. Everytime I faced same kind of treatment.
Only because of location I prefer this Hotel.
Management should train their front office team to behave politely with customers.
The rooms were not clean specifically the bedsheets and towels. Also, the bathroom was stunk of urine. The worst part was the car parking area because of which we got a huge damage in our car and suffered.
