  1. I am disheartened to write this review. I booked this hotel for a comfortable and bit of luxury stay but it was far below to our expectations.

    Everything appeared Grand but it heavily lacked on detailing.

    While the rooms are good, but they lacked detailing in cleaning corners and sinks. The charging plugs were not functioning and were loose.

    We requested to clean our rooms while we were out but we returned to see it not done.

    I could clearly hear sound of water passage from pipes from other rooms even when I was not using the washroom.

    1 day they put newspaper to read at the door other day it was missing.

    They take eternal to respond to calls, for any assistance we needed either we needed to keep calling to same number until someone answers or they keep diverting us to keeping calling to alternate numbers.

    Reception is too slow, sluggish and operates at tortoise speed, check in takes time, check out takes time, when I say time it was no less than 20 minutes.

    Mini bar is chargeable but they did not inform of the price list they put somewhere and were charged exorbitant higher than MRP with added taxes.

    Usually, we see some snacks complimentary here it was nothing placed but if you check the rooms picture of even starting category you see some fruits and snacks but they “forgot”to keep picture of price list in the photos.

    They are ready to price everything as per their convenience and but forget to deliver at par service.

  2. I am very impressed by the room cleaners and laundry services.
    We are Chandigarh cricket team.There are huge number of clothes to be washed. Mr.Hriday from laundry services needs special mention who was excellent and looked after this part exceptionally well.

  3. I got viral fever from the food I ate here, likely due to the use of unfresh vegetables and chicken. In my opinion, the food quality was poor.
    Regarding the laundry service, I was not informed that it operates from 8 AM to 8 PM. Although I did manage to get my main pair after hours(thanks to that), I would suggest that the hotel inform guests about the laundry hours upon check-in, as most places I’ve stayed at offer 24-hour service. The room service was good and whenever I asked for something, it was on time.
    Overall 3 stars for the room and their staff but not a great experience for me personally.

  4. Nest Asia is a very good restaurant. The food is delicious. The staff, both Kalpana and Lana are attentive and provide excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place.

  5. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the exemplary service provided by Hriday and Gagan. Hriday, the laundry genius, went above and beyond to ensure my clothes were impeccably cleaned and delivered with the utmost care. Gagan from in-room dining made every meal a delightful experience with prompt service and delectable dishes. Their dedication and attention to detail truly elevated my stay. I can’t recommend their services enough!
