The location of the property is excellent, and all the staff have been great and very helpful. The rooms are a bit small in size but are clean and come with excellent amenities. However, while the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom design could use some improvement. The bath cubicle is quite small, making it easy to bump your arms while showering. Basic toiletries such as shaving kits and slippers were not provided in the room but were promptly arranged upon request. Another downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, and you can clearly hear footsteps from the room above. Additionally, the bar was closed during our stay.
On the positive side, the food quality, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, is very good. Room service and restaurant services, particularly the breakfast buffet, were commendable. However, there were no tissues or napkins on the tables, and we had to ask for them.
Rooms: Very old looking rooms and furniture but clean and tidy. Some rooms are very congested.
Services: The reception was not all friendly (may be distracted or worried about something else, and we were looking for two adjacent rooms as we packed only one luggage but unfortunately our rooms were on same floor but not close.
Breakfast was complimentary and was excellent especially Uzhunnu vada ( one of the best I ever had). Restaurant staffs were so helpful Nd friendly and put extra effort to accommodate our one year old girls needs.
Overall the experience we had was amazing. The front office team with their warm welcome. Upgraded to higher category. The room was spacious and was well cleaned. Met Mr. Jais from Housekeeping was very helpful. Our all request was done by him. The cuisine served was nice. We had wonderful experience. I would definitely suggest others to try out
Very detailed and expansive menu, good value for money. The Keshia restaurant staff was very proactive and attentive to customers needs. Keep up the good work.
We loved this property. Worth the price, well maintained hotel with premium rooms and the service is very good too!
