The place is very beautiful and clean. Staff is really helpful. Good quality is also amazing. We enjoyed pizza making activity as well.
Ms. Shabnam and Reenu from housekeeping did a beautiful decor for our Anniversary.
My family have been here twice now, August 2023 and now December 2024, and I can say this is one of the best hotel (if not the best) we’ve been to. More than its beauty, is the people working here. A few individuals that made us felt so welcomed and care for were Lalita, Vitas, Ajay, and especially our two room cleaners from Tibet (wish i knew their names). Everyone here seems to embody a high sense of service and care, and this reflects Radisson amazing management.
The property, room, service, and majority of the staff were all excellent, with the exception of the bartenders. I was visiting my family and was impressed how nice this place was. Until checking out where I found an extra charge on my bill. I asked what it was for but since the receipt was conveniently unreadable they didn’t know and went to ask the bartenders. In a rush to get to the airport I just paid and said I’d check it later. Reached out to them after retuning home and they acknowledged charging me 7 shots from another room. They still haven’t returned the overage as I’ve been told I need an Indian bank account for some reason, which I don’t have. Seems shady they can’t just refund my credit card.
Unfortunately, this happened three separate times on my trip to India and I’m saddened to see the mentality of people stealing there still hasn’t changed. Double check all your receipts while you visit!
Our recent stay at Radisson blu resort, Dharamshala was truly exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious.
The breakfast and dinner options were varied and always served with a smile. Our server, Vasu Thakur, was particularly attentive and made sure our dining experience was flawless. His recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
But what truly made our stay memorable was the housekeeping staff. Pankaj and Ashish went out of their way to make our room feel like a second home. Their attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness were impressive. They even surprised us with a in room setup for foot spa which made us feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
The hotel’s location is great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The overall ambiance is modern and inviting, perfect for both relaxation and business.

From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, the ambiance of the dining area was welcoming and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The food itself was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors.
What truly stood out during our meal was the impeccable service. Manav and Vasu went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable dining experience. Manav was attentive and quick to offer recommendations from the menu, always ensuring that our needs were met without being intrusive. Vasu, on the other hand, added a personal touch with his warmth and attention to detail. Both were knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation methods, which made us appreciate the dishes even more.
Their hospitality truly elevated the entire dining experience, making us feel like valued guests. we were enjoying our meal, their friendly and professional approach was evident throughout.
