  1. We had an unforgettable stay at Radisson Blu Resort Goa Cavelossim Beach, where the hospitality and service were nothing short of exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness truly stood out, especially when our small child fell ill. The chefs went above and beyond, providing curated dishes and round-the-clock support, ensuring our little one was comfortable throughout. Their kindness and care made our stay so much more enjoyable, and we can’t wait to return to this wonderful resort. Highly recommended!

  2. Need more stars to rate it. Awesome, extraordinary, superb. Clean rooms. Brightly colored villas giving goa vibes. Food was heavenly. Enjoyed live music while eating. Overall a Birthday well spent.

  3. A great place to relax and unwind, away from the noise and crowds.
Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Food is good, lacking a little in the local touch. The staff is courteous and always available to assist with a smile.

  4. We were 3 families with 3 kids and stayed for 4 nights for kids’ birthday. We had an amazing stay. The rooms were good. Breakfast was incredibly good, with chef Denzil taking care of our dining need throughout our stay. Special mention to the housekeeping guys especially Utesh. The beach is the highlight with beautiful view and is one of the cleanest beaches in Goa.
Somehow few changes that can be made are- more options in kids menu for lunch and dinner and we were taken a back when got to know the birthday cake was chargeable.

  5. For a 5 star hotel with an aesthetically pleasing architecture, rooms and landscape, it deserves zero stars because of a cardinal sin of not taking ‘hospitality’ seriously.

The staff though very friendly seem to have undergone zero training. Breakfast is a chaos. In rooms you are constantly disturbed for something or the other, and overall there is no coordination between reception and house-keeping. I will blame the middle & upper management for this fiasco.

Secondly, who charges money for using a Sauna and Steam room in a 5 atar international hotel? Next are you going to put a 30 min entry fee to the swimming pools too?

All in all, Good Luck and hoping you guys improve!
