Resort is quite ok, but now that they don’t any beach. At least not a private beach….. The beach is a public one and very dirty…. You will have to go to Rushikonda beach….. The pool is good…. Service is slow if you want ala carte….. Very slow….. If you take buffet, you don’t need service….. Now that the employee gentleman who sings in the restaurant is the redeeming feature … He really sings well….
We stayed 5 days for work with 3 rooms. Despite rooms and service at the hotel being good. We were charged for the rooms both at checkin and checkout, when calling and emailing to get the refund from the room we get response that we have to wait. Find the handling of the double payment unprofessional for a 5-star Hotel

We had an amazing experience having dinner at the 365 restaurant. All the credit goes to Chef Azaruddin. The food he cooked was fabulous. Highly recommend!
Every thing is just perfect about this resort. They even gave us late check out option. Thanks to the manegement
